What better way to start a snow day off than with some pancakes and coffee?

We then migrated over to the couch for some Friday Night Lights (recommended by the Logester) and homemade card making. Definitely a crafternoon to remember.

This one whipped up some vegetable pumpkin chili for us, complete with a doubling of sweet potatoes and some Cherry Wheat Sam Adams. Perfect snow day dinner.

I made us some death-by-chocolate hot cocoa. Absolutely scrumptious = regular hot cocoa mix with some nutella mixed in and a scoop of chocolate peanut-butter ice cream. Decadence? Yes please.

Meller rediscovered the joy of knitting. Old lady school teachers? Don’t mind if we do.

Be jealous of our day. We had a lovely day of roommate bonding, and guess what? We get another one tomorrow. Thanks ice storm. We may be trekking to the local shopping center so we don’t get the stir crazy. Fellow snowed in teachers, what are you methods for keeping busy? We have cleaned our apartment, crafted, cooked…..what is left for day two?
